PPTP VPN Configuration for Windows XP

1. Click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panels.
2. Double-click on Network Connections.
3. Double-click on Make a New Connection.
4. When the Network Connection Wizard appears, click Next
5. Select Connect to the network at my workplace and click Next.
   
6. Select Virtual Private Network connection and click Next.

7. Under Company Name, type in UCLA VPN and click Next.
   
8. Select Do not dial the initial connection and click Next.
   
9. In the Host name or IP address field, type in pptp.vpn.ucla.edu, and then click Next.
   
10. If you want a shortcut on your desktop check Add a shortcut to my desktop, then click Finish.
